Responsibilities Include
- Administering psychological evaluations and interpreting results to inform student support plans
- Participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, re-evaluations, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to create effective strategies for student success
Qualifications
- Valid State Licensure as a School Psychologist
- Active Department of Education Certification in Virginia
- Ability to work onsite full-time or part-time, with hours typically aligned to the 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. school day
- Open to new graduates with appropriate licensure and certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff
